Aims & Objectives

Information Gathering & Analysis
- We analyse your requirements in detail.
- Find out the target audience and the purpose of the site.
- Study your references carefully.
- Include our own input and suggestions.
- We determine the most suitable technology to be used.
Proposal
- Based on our research and understanding we give you our proposal. This would include a visual 'sketch' of how the home and
internal pages could look, a potential site structure diagram with a clear breakdown of our understanding of your goals and objectives,
plus an illustration of how they will be addressed. At this stage, once these ideas have been discussed, reviewed and amended, a quotation can be provided. At this stage, no cost has been incurred by you.
- We receive your written acceptance of our proposal and confirmation of the specification and scope of the site.
Planning
This is the most crucial step.
- We will agree with you on branding, colour schemes, website graphics and any additional 'look and feel' requirements, as well as e-mail and domain name
arrangements.
- We plan in details the execution of the site. The website is broken down into separate modules and each module is
given a timeline.
Design & Build
- This is the step where the website as actually developed based on the specifications we have received. We ensure that all the parameters are achieved and there are
no overruns.
- You will have access to the website throughout the build to monitor progress.
- At the end of the project the modules are
integrated seamlessly into the whole system.
Testing, Review & Evaluation
- Once the site has been built and you are satisfied with its look and feel, we complete a rigorous checklist
ensuring that it is fully operational.
- Each module is rigorously tested for errors. Any errors are identified and rectified.
- On your authorisation, the site is made live.
- We conduct final testing of the site after web publishing to the live server.
- Review and evaluation is an ongoing process that enables you to get the best out of your website.
